Continue to cook at 400° until cheese is melted and golden, about 3 minutes more. Carefully place the pie crust disk on top of the ingredients in the pot of the Ninja Foodi. Quick-release the pressure and set to VENT. Top chicken with marinara and mozzarella. Secure the pressure cooker lid onto the Ninja Foodi and move the nozzle to SEAL. Cook at 400°, turning once, for 5 minutes per side.
